Shavuot (is Hebrew for 'weeks)', or Pentecost is one of the seven Feasts of the Lord. Pentecost is Greek meaning 50. It was the day after seven weeks, or that is 7 X 7=49 + 1=50
The law condemns the best of us and grace forgives the worst of us.
You are wonderfully unique. Your sins...not so much. Your sins not so unique.
You didn't get saved by doing things right. You cannot be unsaved by doing things wrong.
It is important for us to understand we are a child of God by the grace of God.
We don't owe a sin debt, we do owe a good news debt.
Leaven is bad.
Leaven is a picture of sin thru pride, often religious pride, puffed up.
In the Old Testament, before Jesus died and was raised from the dead, leprosy, sin, uncleanness, were all contagious.
In the New Testament, because of Jesus and grace, faith, healing, salvation are all contagious.
If you are walking around feeling guilty, you may be struggling with legalism. If you are walking around feeling like it is too good to be true, you are probably walking in the fruit of the Spirit.
